Nicky started SPSAS in October 2012 as a local Facebook group, and founded the company in 2015. In 2016 SPS officially turned into a recognised charitable organization. In 2020 SPS rebranded to SPSAS

Jenny joined SPSAS in 2020 as project manager and now oversees other project managers and their projects. She also does admin duties for the Director

Robert joined SPSAS in 2016 as a member of SPSAS. In 2020 he started to train as a moderator and quickly showed his abilities so is now a senior moderator and also Head of moderator training! Robert became a trustee in March 2026
